The aim of this paper is to present exploratory and inductive research which examined the challenges and opportunities of redesigning an undergraduate business and management degree (the BA Honours in Business Excellence) to respond to the changing needs of a contemporary labour market. The purpose of the research was to examine the impact on students of integrating international students directly into the final year.
